All Secrets Revealed! Ans to "What is HR reality today?Why does it needs a complete overhauling??"

Hi Veterans,

I am delighted to have received many-many positive responses/calls from all of you from various resources as it is for common people, everybody in the society. I did share my same write-up also through other channels of social media, such as WhatsApp, my website, etc.

Many of you are requesting much more light on the topics I have shared. Hence, I would like to thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart for your time and value addition to the betterment of society as a whole.

I am feeling of proud and belonging in sharing my Vision and Mission with all of you, “For all, I need to help the society to retain these assets and let it realize mistakes only to be corrected in time so that the goodwill of the organizations can be saved from deteriorating further...”

As promised, it is going to be a bit lengthy-detailed as per your request, but interesting & worthy as I would like to include all the points along with the detailed explanations from my side for better understanding on the various points under topic: What is HR reality today? Why does it needs a complete overhauling ??


In the current scenario, where Coronavirus Pandemic is seriously promoting the Recession deeply, HR needs to deal with Society; Human Resources (living beings), and Organizations/ Institutes/ Employers as a true mediator, showing a clear cut path to a win-win situation for all.

Let me give you point-wise explanations:


Firstly, when I say “HR is a very integral part of the system of any organization or institute”, it means that now HR has to establish a new measuring scale for their contributions and earning respect in the current global village/economy worldwide.

Therefore, now HR needs to have its new horizon set to bring the best out of it. Say, it has to contribute to the business such as Business Partners equal to or more than Sales & Marketing / Business Development which contribute to the earnings of the organizations.

To my understanding, then only HR will be able to change the mind-set of old-age organizations as well as will be able to set up a respectful place in the decision-making process.

When I said “The reasons behind this are HR and its own Managers and Team Members”, I meant to point out the lacunas in HR which contributed to their disrespect in the eyes of society, employee, or the employer. I never wanted to say it but I know that nobody has the courage to accept the short-comings on their own or give justice by fair play. But I say since I know that it takes a Lion’s heart to accept the failures. Until then nobody can make one develop/learn/succeed, let it be HR or any other fraternity.

When I said “I, therefore, personally feel that this has to be improved in all senses whether it is Human Resource or an Artificial Intelligence device or core Machine”, I meant to say that nobody is perfect in this world. Continuous learning and improvement on quality is a must, grooming of good values and culture. Let it be a future tool, compulsory and non-negotiable to thrive in success. When I said, “The big game change lies in fitting these in a particular framework and add a personal touch to all the aspects. Therefore, HR has a big challenge to transform itself, and the rest of others to meet the best needs of the organization and society as a whole”, I meant to say that keeping the motivation “on” and make everybody else involved/bringing together- united, contributing in one way or the other in the future Key Performance Indicator. When I said, “Today the organizations are cutting on the Human Resources which are staying with them even for a longer period, completely ignoring their contributions and their loyalty, which is shameful and shows a sick mentality”, I meant to say that how an organization can grow continuously until it has got its roots firmly in the ground, allowing the oldest of the roots to go deeper and deeper.

Further, Ladies and Gentlemen, I am very happy to present a new survey (given below ) on finding ways and means for unleashing and understanding the potential human behaviors for a better future.

Hence, I do share some concerns given below about employees’ loyalty and long stay, etc. (for eg. more than 5 years’ continuous service) in the organizations. Your valuable suggestions/advice and contributions are most welcome so that I can share the feedback with everybody in my next upcoming blogs on a regular basis!!!

Q1-What about the long service employee contributions made in the organization did it lost to new employees?? And if yes, then on what basis?

Tip: Easy, can you compare Two different types of Fruits, considering colour and nothing else ??

Q2- What happens to the goodwill of the organization, if employees are no longer loyal and honest??

Q4- What is the cost of the replacement of new employees? Whether similar resource with similar experience and eligibility is available at low cost or more? What components do you think contribute to the cost of hiring??

Q3-Is it possible to remain alive and standing tall without the roots grounded??

Q4-Do you mean to say that the new technologies which enable hanging a tree in the air are sufficient enough to handle the situation to keep one alive for a long time?? Q5-Does severing the long service employees remains the only way to consider a cost-effective method?? Ladies & gentlemen, you are welcome to join me in our journey towards excellence.
