We must support solutions to save lives of Common-man post #Covid19 pandemic! I am sure you are definitely with me for betterment of your lives.
Friends, Thank you all for your patience as I took comparatively long time to put a new article. I have many reasons to say that "Its different".
Friends, I am well aware that most of us are suffering on very sensitive issues related to Jobs, Employments, Terminations, Resignations, Reduction in your Pay or winding-up of businesses etc. etc. Lets find when is this suppose to end and How?
Hence with your permission and support I would like to put some Vibrant Critical issues. We will highlight a few questions to all such employers and management who are crying foul due to to #Covid19 or #CoronaVirus #Pandemic or earlier for any reasons and negated employees, all their rights and eligibility.
Now,in this present article, I am of the opinion that we must not try to let others feel deprived, show them down or make them feel bad about their present difficult situation or bad period. For the simple reason, they might not be really responsible for the happenings in their life. Moreover, nobody has a control over all the aspects. Yes, one of the examples may be that in the light of #Covid19, lot many of my friends have lost their jobs from lot of employers who are being negligent about employees' loyalty and services rendered in difficult times. I have to say that I am with all of you, as I am also one of you, and have similar experiences like you. Yes, you are thinking it right friends.
You may like and share it if you really understand my concerns and if you have ever thought of these questions. Its nothing specific, but in general and does not point out to one specific or all the employers. Its just my opinion and nothing else. I am confident, you will love it for sure!
FRIENDS DO YOU AGREE ON YOUR COMMON QUESTIONS TO YOUR EMPLOYERS , GIVEN BELOW?
Question # 1:
What happens to the Profits made by your oganization till 2019 from your inception? Did you never made a surplus and you had such a bad status on funds with you so you needed to terminate employees ? If so, then where is the capability assurance or Sensuality of top Notch Management and their performance? How were they justified to remain in place / in service over non-performance? And Yes, If it kept happening from consecutive years, why did you retained them for so long? Why only Subordinate and subordinate teams were in trouble and reasons?? What was the basis of accepting such appraisals without proper diagnosis??
Question # 2 :
How a Corporate Leader/ Manager is considered as a performer and his subordinates & teams are rated Non-Performers or Under-performers? Yes, let me know more on your appraisal practices (sorry, rather its more of an appraisal drama only) OR Breach of Code of Ethics. Also let me know, if such a policy exists to make one go within hours/days, name it if so.
Question # 3:
A big question, If one employee is rated as under performer in the current year, what happens to his performance of last many years? How come suddenly one becomes non-performer?? I am unable to understand it till date ??? And does it amount to his termination still without employers providing an option to offer them another Job/transfer etc ???
Question # 4:
Employees are forced to resign or be prepared for termination by the employers. This has become a common practice now-a-days. Why? Instead put them to develop on skills by way of efficient Training & Development activities. How many such trainings were imparted to upgrade their skill set in the Organization? Where are the records?? What the status of relievers provided, if one goes through training & Development/ Upgrade Programmes??
Question # 5:
How do you justify a long stay of an employee, if he has not been performing from last many years?? What was the reason for denying his All-Rounder performance and diversified versatile experience ?? Why such an unfair award for his loyalty and sincerity? It looks like you have new trend to reward new comers and fire the loyal ones for only one reason, saving on Cost of resources??
Question # 6:
Is there any Code of Ethics for employers as well,on how to be fair with employees? If yes, then who decides it? If No then why not ?
WHAT TO DO ?
I don't know whether we will get answers to the above questions ever, but I can certainly say that we have to be courageous and have to stand tall to fight the difficulties of our life. Yes, for this we surely need support of our family, but most importantly, the support of parents and elders is of immense importance.
We might have something very good in the future for us, but presently we have to stay calm, and patiently try our best to deal with the difficult situations.
Its possible that many times, we will fail, but that's how success comes in. Without failures there is no success in life.
We have to keep ourselves going and making us more innovative and stronger than our own copy, each time, every-time, breaking our own records.
We have lot many other similar questions also which do create a lot of stress in our lives. We need a second support line in our lives to deal with it, personally or emotionally in almost all the battles of life. It can be none other than our roots, our Parents and elders, to whom we ignore many a times.
I suggest to connect yourself to your roots and parents since for them, we are the best in the world and all round performers, always! Moreover, they accept us with all our faults since they know we are best in something or the other. Also we need to handhold parents when they are in need because they have unconditionally suffered and provided us with the best they could , leaving all of their wishes and comforts for us.
Parents and roots are not like those who see a profit to retain you with them, instead we can reach parents anytime to find love and support in all the difficult times. You yourself are witness that #Covid19 has made us to realize that parents and our roots both do exist and are a must and will ever remain unforgettable. We will finally look towards them only when we are in difficult scenario for all care, Love & Support and nobody else! Isn't it?
